Description

Superior Forklift is looking for an organized and customer-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Saskatoon.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs for Service Technicians
-Managing new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
-Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
-Communicating with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively
-Owning incoming leads using established programs and processes
-Maintaining ongoing and professional customer communication throughout the course of each repair job
-Managing the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Previous dispatching and/or scheduling experience
-Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
-A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong ability to think outside of the box to solve problems and satisfy customer needs
-Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
