Interview coordination.
Offering guidance to candidates on resume writing, interview preparation, career planning, and professional development.
Maintaining records of candidate information, placement statistics, and providing reports to stakeholders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with companies to understand their hiring needs and promote placement opportunities.
Other duties may arise from time to time as per needs of the business
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both candidates and employers
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Knowledge of current labor market trends and industry practices
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
