As an Agronomic Technical Consultant (ATC), youll work directly with growers and ag retailers, introducing them to innovative technologies that drive sustainable and profitable farming. Youll spend your days in the field, providing agronomic expertise, generating leads, and growing sales within your assigned territory.

What Youll Do:
Travel within your territory to meet with prospects and customers, building strong relationships and increasing sales.
Act as a trusted on-farm consultant, providing agronomic solutions tailored to each growers needs.
Organize field demos and seasonal crop tours to showcase our products in action.
Represent our brand at industry events and support marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
Log visits, calls, and orders daily in our CRM.
