Description

Andrews & Sons Drilling is now hiring Assistant Drillers in the Regina, SK. Full time work on a 10 & 4 schedule (occasional 5 & 2 throughout the year).
Responsibilities include:
- Driving to and from worksites
- Supporting the Driller (know what he needs and have it ready, keeping the work area clean and safe)
- Midday truck runs to fill with water at local supply
- Tool and vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Participating in hazard assessments, inspections, and safety meetings
- Majority of the year, crews work 10 days on 4 days off. Occasionally crews will work weekdays (on the road or locally) with weekends off. Work is steady all year.

About the Work
Bringing drinking water to families, schools, hospitals, etc. Developing and servicing wells for Oil Patch clients. Driving through every corner of Saskatchewan. Good consistent pay while you earn a trade in the field. A physical job that won't break your back, plenty of rest time with moments of excitement. Each day is the same, yet no two days are the same. You will learn to master a trade without ever getting bored with it.

About You
Successful applicants must:
- Hold a valid drivers license (Class 3 required) (We are willing to interview and provide guidance on obtaining license before start date)
- Have the ability to lift loads of up to 50lbs
- Enjoy the outdoors
