Coherent Agency is a Toronto-based web design and development agency specializing in UI/UX design and Webflow websites. We collaborate with clients and various agencies on a white-label basis, delivering high-quality, conversion-focused digital experiences. Were looking for talented freelance designers to join our team on a project-by-project basis.

Role Overview:We are seeking skilled and reliable freelance web designers who can take on projects as needed. This remote-role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work, have a strong eye for design, and can create functional, visually appealing websites.

Responsibilities:
Design websites using Figma for development onto the Webflow platform.
Create UI/UX designs based on client requirements.
Collaborate with our team and client to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
5yrs of proven experience in web design and/or development.
Proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of animations and interactions (GSAP, Lottie, etc.).
Graphic design skills
Animation skills with after effects or similar
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
