Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Craik, SK location at Mel's Pharmacy.

Job Description:
--The Pharmacy Assistant/Front Store Clerk will assist the Pharmacy Manager with the day-to-day operations. The Pharmacy Assistant must always be under the supervision of a pharmacist. All dispensing functions performed by a Pharmacy Assistant must be carried out following provincial regulations and standards of practice. The Pharmacy Assistant/ Front Store Clerk will collaborate with others to provide a smooth customer experience and help promote the store throughout the neighbourhood.
-- 28 hours per week.
-- The usual shifts will be Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications & Skills:
--The successful candidate must be able to handle cash with accuracy.
-- Preference will be given to those who have retail Pharmacy experience.
-- Ability to function for an extended period while standing.
-- Some customer service and cashiering experience is preferred.
-- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
--Excellent product or service knowledge.
-- Multitask and manage the demands of numerous clients at once.
--Merchandising and retail experience are assets.
--Mature and cooperative attitude.
-- Professional image including a name tag and proper grooming.
--Due to this position's sensitive nature, the successful candidate must provide us with a Criminal Record Check.
