Description

Landworks Civil Engineering currently has openings for 1-2 term positions as a Civil Engineering Intern  Summer Student, to join
our talented, dynamic team of professionals in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Our ideal candidate(s) must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and will be motivated to learn, grow and excel within the industry.

Your duties will include assistance with:

Topographical and Construction Surveying
Construction Inspections
Administration  assisting with reporting, safety forms etc.
Supporting Senior Engineers and Technologists as required
Working in a safe and professional manner
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or entering full-time post-secondary studies in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related technologies.
0 to 2 years experience
Construction surveying experience using GPS equipment considered an asset
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and related computer software for civil design considered an asset
Working knowledge of MS Office suite software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
Canadian Citizen or Valid Work Permit

Preference will be given to students who are currently enrolled in or will be commencing full-time post-secondary studies in fields related to civil or environmental engineering or related technologies in 2025.

Length of employment will be for approximately 15 weeks, commencing in May 2025. Start/end dates negotiable, based on candidate availability.
