Forbes Bros Ltd. is looking for a skilled Hydrovac Swamper (full-time, permanent) to join our growing team supporting our projects based out of the Prince Albert, SK region. Our growth in the Price Albert region spans from Spiritwood, Shellbrook, Melfort, and more!

This position will require the successful candidates to safely operate and maintain Vacuum/Hydrovac trucks as required at multiple project and work sites between Prince Albert and Yorkton. The ideal candidate would possess working experience operating Hydrovac/Vacuum trucks in addition to experience within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preforming pre & post trip inspections, roadside repairs, and general clean-up of units
- Drives and operators hydrovac units to complete tasks associated with daylighting, excavation, trenching & shorting
- Rigging in and out of equipment, hoses, fittings, pipes, etc. as per job specification
- Read and understand drawings & making calculations and adjustments in grades
- Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned

Candidate Requirements:
- Class 3 driver's license with airbrake endorsement, is required
- Knowledge of the principals of operation of construction, boring/directional drilling and underground utilities an asset
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) certification an asset
- Ground Disturbance Level II, an asset
- Ability to work in field/site with travel and work hour flexibility to accommodate to remote/site work schedule
