Description

Our ideal candidate has a love for Canadian Agriculture and is excited to get into the field with the latest farm equipment and become an expert! This position supports all departments with equipment product knowledge and is the go-to person for all Precision products (GPS, Autosteer, Rate Control, etc.)  This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and seasoned experts alike. No experience or training?  No problem - We are a 4th generation, family-owned business that believes in finding the right person for our business and our customers and we will happily train them.
Core Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the latest and greatest in Agriculture Technology and Equipment to our customers in their fields, at their farms. Including the latest series of Combines, Sprayers and Tractors.
- Organize customer clinics and information sessions on new equipment and technology.
- Assist in setup, delivery and training of new / used machinery to customers.
- Attend product training - continuously learning and staying up to date on the latest features, changes and advancements within the industry.
- Provide high quality customer service in the form of phone support, service calls, and remote access.
- Install, calibrate, diagnose and repair autosteer, rate controllers, and other automated features on machinery and equipment.
- Extensive travel within the Southeast corner of the province
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Agriculture Industry.
- Understanding of the sense of urgency within Agriculture.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and teach new equipment and technology operation.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Able to work flexible / extended hours during peak seasons (Seeding, - Spraying, Harvesting)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and to provide the highest level of customer service
This position provides flexibility with the option of Weyburn or Carlyle as their home base.
