MEDICAL SERVICES TRANSPORTATION (MST) DRIVER
We are currently accepting applications for the Full-Time MST Driver position.  This position will work under the direction of the Health Department and will be responsible for the day-to-day travel for medical appointments for Community Members.  Working directly with the CHR, the MST Driver is responsible for safe, courteous and respectful transportation of clients to scheduled medical appointments.
In addition to medical appointments, this position will provide support to the Health Department, including MST Clerk, as directed.
Responsibilities:
    Provide safe and courteous transportation to community members as scheduled
    Comply to the posted speed limits, traffic laws, and signage at all times
    Maintain confidentiality of members for each appointment
    Advise as necessary any required maintenance of the MST vehicles
    Basic maintenance including refuel after each appointment, windshield washer fluid, cleanliness of vehicle including disinfecting, sanitizing after each use
    Ensuring the MST vehicle is safe prior to each trip by completing pre-trip inspection
    Maintain travel log for each medical trip, and reporting of all trip information to the MST Clerk
    Provide honest and accurate reviews and completion of timesheets
    Working with existing administration staff to expand position potential
    Ongoing engagement in performance plan development
    Other duties as assigned by Health Director, Portfolio Holder, or other stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
    Submission of current CPIC criminal record check including vulnerable sector
    Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 drivers license
    Current Satisfactory Drivers Abstract
    First Aid/CPR
    Lift 50+ lbs
