Overview
The Saskatchewan Research Councils (SRC) Rare Earth Element Division has career opportunities for Journeyperson Plumbers to support the construction, commissioning and operations for SRCs Rare Earth Processing Facility. There are regular and term positions available with the possibility of extension.
Accountabilities
Install process piping for heating, water, process fluids and drainage systems for SRCs Rare Earth Processing Facility
Interpret drawings, 3D models and specifications to determine installation layout and required materials
Participate in commissioning and testing of piping systems and process equipment
Coordinate work with other trades to accomplish tasks in a safe and efficient manner
Create task specific material lists
Qualifications
Certified Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber
Proven experience in industrial and/or commercial plumbing
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) and Fall Protection certificate
