About the Role:
The Executive Director provides leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the Board of Directors' policies. This role requires a mission-driven leader who promotes excellence and accountability while cultivating a high-performing culture. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director manages three directors, overseeing seven managers and a workforce of 223 staff serving 220 residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set strategic goals and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure programs effectively support individuals experiencing mental health, homelessness, substance use and cognitive disorders.
- Recruit and develop a skilled, compassionate team.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for the organization.
- Manage risks related to people, property, finances, and reputation.

Candidate Profile:
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience in community-based organizations and programming for vulnerable populations.
- Strong financial management, strategic planning, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to build relationships, advocate for policy changes, and engage with the community.
