Leading Manufacturing Group is seeking skilled and motivated Laborers, Welders and Apprentices Welders to join our dynamic team in Battleford, SK. The successful candidates will play a critical role in producing high-quality above-ground storage tanks, while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
    assist welders with fit-up of tanks. welding and other tasks around the welding shop using appropriate tools and equipment.
    Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and comply with industry standards.
    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    Knowledge of workplace safety practices and protocols.
Employment Details
    Schedule #1: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM  5:30 PM (with occasional overtime)
    Schedule #2: Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM  6:30 PM (with 4 free hours and weekend shift premium  and occasional overtime
    100% employer-paid benefits after completing a 3-month probationary period.
