Sandcastles is looking for a highly motivated individual for a full time Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about a career in Early Childhood Education. Candidates should welcome the opportunity to learn with and from others, understand quality care and embrace the magic of educating young minds. Early Childhood Educators are trusted mentors who possess a skill set geared toward facilitating activities and creating opportunities for children to grow.    Ability to work with children to develop reading, writing, and numeracy  skills.
Candidates
    Must possess skills in problem solving, decision making and critical thinking
    Ability to prepare various childrens activities to allow for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play, and music
    Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
    Ability to show empathy and compassion for children
    Responsible for caring and supervising for toddler/preschool age children.
    Strong ability to communicate well with children, colleagues, and parents
General housekeeping duties, and maintaining daycare supplies and equipment.
