Our client, the Regina Family Foot Clinic (RFFC), has been serving Regina with comprehensive podiatry services for over 25 years. The clinic is committed to building relationships with their patients based on care, concern, compassion, and trust.
The RFFC is seeking to add an enthusiastic, customer oriented, administrative professional to join their team as a Receptionist / Office Assistant.
As the new team member, you will form positive working relationships with patients, the podiatrists, and other staff. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively will allow you to excel in this position. Your exceptional organizational skills and customer service orientation will be called upon to:
- Meet and register patients;
- Usher patients to treatment rooms;
- Make and confirm appointments;
- Handle financial transactions; and
- Complete third-party billing forms.
Previous experience in a medical office environment will contribute to your success in this challenging role. Proficiency in English and strong computer skills are required. A good sense of humor and positive attitude are an asset.
