Our REGINA office is currently seeking applications for a Paving Crew team members for the upcoming 2025 construction season.  All positions considered; Paver operator, screed operator, labourers, vibratory/pneumatic roller operators, oil distributor, skid steer operator.  

Responsibilities:
    -Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
    -Safely operate a variety of tools & equipment upon competency
    -Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks
    -Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
    -Able to work independently or as an active member of a team, good interpersonal skills and
     communication with
     all levels of management
    -Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
    -Ability to adhere to company policies and safety practices
    -Have knowledge of paving practices and procedures and overall construction practices
    -Proficient and competent in heavy construction equipment

Required Qualifications:
    -Valid drivers license
    -Punctual and Reliable
    -ability to work in an outdoor environment
    -work overtime & weekends as required
