Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be a team player with prior bookkeeping experience and a positive attitude. A strong technical skillset is also a definite asset.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced QuickBooks skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with discretion and attention to detail
Willingness to take on new challenges and independently problem-solve
Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent client service
3-4 years of experience in an office environment
Desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of administrative duties, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), sales tax preparation, inventory management, and customer invoicing
Extensive work in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Time, and Excel
Scanning, organizing, and creating electronic documents for record-keeping and communication
