Description

Parchomchuk Sherdahl Hunter is a busy, full-service law firm that has been serving Prince Albert and area for many years. We are looking to add to our hard-working, energetic, and dedicated team.

We are currently seeking to fill our entry-level receptionist position. This position allows for daily interaction with the public and has the potential for advancement within our organization into a Legal Assistant position.

The primary duties of this position are greeting clients, taking and directing calls, taking payments, general administrative duties, and daily deliveries within Prince Albert. Experience is an asset but is not necessary, as on-the-job training can be provided.

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential, and use of your personal vehicle is compensated.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent verbal communication;
- Excellent telephone skills and familiarity using a multi-line phone system;
- Excellent written communication;
- Computer skills, including Word and Outlook, and an eagerness to learn our specialized legal software;
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and at times stressful environment; and
- Task planning and organization.
