Supervise Server staff, including Host/Hostess and Service Assistant (clean-up) staff
Supervise and Co-ordinate Service Assistant Staff with Dishwashing and Kitchen Cleaning
Monitor and supervise food service, quality and food safety standards
Monitor and enforce work safety standards in the Front of the House.
Training and development of staff-job training, work safety, and hazardous materials.
Such further duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
