Pilot Butte based company seeking a skilled Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Administrator/Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Book estimates
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office spaces
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Calendar management
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
Support various departments with tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft or Google ie. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Respect for confidentiality
