Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships and provide specialized guidance and coaching for leaders and employees on executing people strategies along the employee life cycle.
Support departments with the annual HR Cycle, including performance management, compensation planning, training and development, and succession planning.
Manage sensitive employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Assist in change management efforts within the organization, evaluating the impact of proposed changes on employees and advising on alternatives and change mitigation.
Represent client group needs in enterprise-wide HR program development and implementation.
Analyze HR data, interpret results, and communicate trends; provide consultation to departments and offer recommendations as needed.
Proactively analyze HR policies, programs, and procedures to identify gaps and areas for improvement that will enhance the company culture.
You have
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a related setting.
A professional HR designation such as CPHR or working towards obtaining a CPHR certification is an asset.
Experience with fully integrated HRIS applications (UKG Pro is used at Canpotex and is preferred, but any large system is valuable such as SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.)
