We have an immediate position for an Assistant Service Writer/ Diagnostics Technician with Diagnostics experience.  Sales experience in the automotive repair industry is an asset but not required as we will train the right person.  

Your duties will be to provide back-up support for the Service Manager when required.  Duties will include the ability to road test vehicles, and perform diagnostics using computerized scanners to pinpoint problems.  You will be responsible for ensuring customers are provided with consultation and explanation of vehicle repairs in a professional manner.  Duties will also include scheduling and assigning work to repair staff.  You may also be required to compile an estimated price and final bill of repairs to customers, and estimate the time needed for repairs.    Duties will also include conducting mechanical repairs when required.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Diagnostics Tech r and as an Automotive Tech and will have the flexibility to be able to fulfill both of these roles as the job demands.  If you are a Automotive Tech and are looking for a future in Automotive Service Writing as well as Diagnostics, this is the job for you!

We offer a competitive salary based on experience. We also offer weekly and monthly performance bonuses over and above your monthly salary.  Work days are Monday to Friday, hours are Mon to Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm., Fridays are 7:00am to 3:00pm.
