This position is currently located in our Head Office location in Melville, Saskatchewan, with consideration for a hybrid work arrangement within Saskatchewan. The hybrid work arrangement will have an expectation to attend in-person in Melville 50 percent of time.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Solutions, this position is responsible for the management and optimization of the organizations information systems, data assets, and records including the data lake, enterprise content management and GIS systems. This role involves leading a team to ensure the effective collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of information while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives aimed at improving data governance, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Provide direction and leadership to the team, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization through formal and informal coaching and performance management, and foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Allocate team resources effectively to meet business needs and support organizational change.
Design and implement a scalable data warehouse that empowers users to self-serve their information needs, providing access to clean, structured data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
