What you'll do:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Solutions, this position isresponsible for the management and optimization of the organizations information systems, data assets, and records including the data lake, enterprise content management and GIS systems. This role involves leading a team to ensure the effective collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of information while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives aimed at improving data governance, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Provide direction and leadership to the team, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization through formal and informal coaching and performance management, and foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Allocate team resources effectively to meet business needs and support organizational change.
Design and implement a scalable data warehouse that empowers users to self-serve their information needs, providing access to clean, structured data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Drive the effective use of business intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information management systems (e.g. document management systems, content management systems, business intelligence platforms), ensuring the systems are user-friendly and optimized for business needs.
