We are seeking a detailed oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications and abilities:
-Experience with Accuro is required
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable and punctual
-Detail orientated
-Excellent time management
Duties include but not limited to:
-Answering of phones
-Making appointments and rescheduling appointments
-Faxing, scanning, maintenance of electronic filing and data entry
-Managing referrals
