We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist/ Accounting Assistant Extraordinaire to join our team. In this role, you'll help to keep the office running smoothly while bringing your unique flair to the table.
Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming customer calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and support
-Maintain office and boardroom calendars to coordinate workflow and meetings
-Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
-Record and maintain accurate client and vendor information
-Represent the company positively and professionally as a front-of-house worker
-Manage mail and maintain confidentiality and security
-Maintain tidy and welcoming reception areas and boardrooms
-Manage inventory levels of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness
-Perform errands that assist daily functions
-Receive, verify, and match invoices with purchase orders
-Process all accounts payable -invoicing and payment processing
-Data entry, filing, organizing, billing inquiries, expense reporting
-Provide administrative support and undertake special projects as required
Qualifications:
-Office Administration of Accounting Certificate complemented with minimum of 2 years of related experience
-Knowledge and experience with accounting practices and principles a definite asset
-A passion for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
-Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
The hours may range from 4-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Driver's licence is required.
Must live in Saskatchewan and be a permanent resident of Canada.
