The Safety Advisor will deliver Service Hospitality products and services. They assist with specific programs and projects they have been assigned to within the organization. Through guidance and support, they are responsible for maintaining client management on a safety management system, risk-based training, safety evaluations, consulting, delivery of training and presentations, analysis of information, writing articles/correspondence, and preparing reports.
Job Duties:
Champion and promote Service Hospitalitys vision, mandate, values, strategic and operational plans, HR policies, safety manual, and a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational goals.
Manage member (employer or educational) relationships as assigned including evaluations, consulting, researching, problem-solving, and providing training and education.
Contribute to building the business case for selling the concept of HSLC/SMS with individual members or groups.
Act as a team member on any program development and support the ongoing review and assessment of all member programs and services to improve quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience.
Conduct safety research and quality assurance initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate on programs, projects and initiatives, sharing responsibilities with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
