Were looking for a skilled (or trainable) Journeyperson Electrician who can install top-quality electrical systems, lead and mentor apprentices, and represent our company with professionalism and pride on job sites. This isnt just a wiring job  youll be the face of the company on-site, making real decisions and driving projects forward.

Strong electrical skills and hands-on experience (or ability to learn fast)
A natural leader who takes pride in teaching others and building a team
Highly organized and able to plan and execute without micro-management
Clean, code-compliant, professional work  not just get it done installs
Great communicator with coworkers and clients
Accountability for quality, time, and materials
Comfortable with job site decisions, blueprint reading, and real-world problem solving
Willingness to ask questions and learn what you dont know
