AM & Sons Construction is a leading concrete finishing company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We specialize in high-quality concrete work, including residential and commercial projects. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced concrete form-worker, ideally with carpenter background to join our residential flat work setup crew.    

Some typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Set up and remove concrete forms and ensure proper alignment
- Set up and prepare all formwork, base-work and rebar for driveways, sidewalks, garages, detached pads, etc.
- Work safely and follow company policies and industry regulations
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment
- Direct labourers while being a hands-on leader of prep work

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in set up and forming for concrete
- Some carpentry background is ideal
- Skid steer experience is an asset, but not required.

- Must be confident in form work and set up abilities and able to work independently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and work in various weather conditions
- Safety Certification: Valid SCOT/WHMIS, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- License: Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
