AM & Sons Construction is a leading concrete finishing company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We specialize in high-quality concrete work, including residential and commercial projects. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated Labourers to join our concrete finishing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working outdoors, and eager to learn new skills in a supportive team environment.

Some typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting concrete finishers with preparation, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Handling and transporting materials (e.g., concrete, tools, equipment)
- Setting up and cleaning job sites to maintain safety and efficiency
- Operating basic hand tools and power equipment
- Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Performing general labour tasks as required by supervisors
- Position may lead to other responsibilities; leadership qualities (including team mindset, strong sense of accountability, and mentorship skills) would be a great asset.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous labour experience (construction or concrete experience preferred)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and work in various weather conditions
- Safety Certification: Valid SCOT/WHMIS
- License: Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
