Description

We are seeking an experienced Window film installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing security, sun control, and privacy/decorative window films on commercial and residential properties, ensuring a professional level installation. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install security, privacy, and solar window films on commercial and residential glass surfaces.

Measure, cut, and apply films accurately while ensuring a clean, bubble-free finish.

Inspect glass surfaces before installation and prepare them accordingly.

Work efficiently to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain tools, materials, and workspaces in an organized and professional manner.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in window film installation (security, safety, or solar film preferred) 3 to 5 years preferred but willing to train.

Knowledge of different types of films and proper application techniques.

Ability to read and interpret work orders and project specifications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites.

Must be insurable and bondable for commercial projects.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.

Aerial lift certificate preferred.

Flexible availability to accommodate project schedules.

Sub-contract work is available as well on a full/part time basis depending on projects.
