Supervise & co-ordinate staff who prepare food and alcoholic beverages;
Adherence to restaurant requirements;
Ensure food service/quality control;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
Address customers complaints or concerns and provide customer service;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
May establish work schedules;
May assist in hiring of staff;
May prepare budget and cost estimates.
