The Role
In this position, you will demonstrate administrative competencies at the highest level. You will provide first-class administrative support and services to Camecos in-house legal team, including one or more lawyers.
In this role, you will:
-Draft correspondence, agreements, legal documents and presentations
-Review and proofread documents and correspondence
-Set up and maintain physical and electronic files
-Manage email, calendars and databases
-Support meetings, including scheduling, catering and technical support
-Organize travel arrangements, and prepare and process expense claims
-Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as required
Required:
-Legal administrative diploma
-Five or more years of legal administrative support experience
-Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
-Grammatically inclined and experienced in proofreading legal documents
-Experience working with and understanding of legal agreements, business contracts and corporate records
-Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, meet deadlines and follow direction
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Recommended:
-Knowledge of and experience with supply chain contracts and processes
-Knowledge of and experience with marketing contracts
-Dictation transcription experience
