We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team in Regina.
Position Overview:
As a Dispatcher, you will be the backbone of our operations, coordinating the movement of freight, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing top-notch customer service. You will play an essential role in managing routes, communicating with drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pick-ups for long-haul drivers.
    Monitor driver locations and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
    Communicate with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure safe travel.
    Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
    Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
    Assist in routing, planning, and updating transportation schedules.
    Track truck maintenance and ensure timely vehicle inspections.
Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a dispatch or transportation role is an asset.
    Strong organizational and communication skills.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Basic knowledge of logistics and trucking regulations.
    Proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office.
    High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
    Previous Sales Experience
    Proficient in English
