Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support: Provide helpdesk support to internal users via email, phone, and in-person, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
WordPress Management: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of WordPress sites, including plugin and theme updates, performance checks, and basic PHP customizations.
LAMP Stack Support: Work with the IT and development teams to support and maintain our LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), including server updates, system monitoring, and resolving issues.
MySQL Database Support: Write and run basic SQL queries to assist with data management tasks such as data retrieval, report generation, and database troubleshooting.
Hardware & Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (PCs, peripherals) and network problems (Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS) to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, including guides on troubleshooting processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
