Job Description: As a Landscape Technician or crew lead at Rispens Landscaping, you'll have the opportunity to bring your creativity to life by designing and implementing stunning outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and create customized landscape designs.
Conducting on-site evaluations to assess the project requirements, including site analysis and measurements.
Selecting appropriate plants, trees, hardscapes, and other materials to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
Overseeing the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring high-quality execution.
Providing expert advice on plant care, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscape design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating captivating outdoor spaces.
Hard working and also working with the crew to get a job done on time and on budget.
