JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for an individual who has strong people skills, exceptional organizational skills, is confident, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. The Administrative Assistant supports the operational priorities of the Foundation by providing a variety of administrative and program support duties, front-desk reception and data entry.
- Attends to visitors and professionally handles inquiries over the
phone and in person.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and prepares the daily bank
deposit.
- Orders and maintains the inventory of office paper and supplies for
all 3 office locations.
- Oversees lottery ticket sales when programs are operational.
- Administrator for integrated business communications telephone system.
- Monitors general Foundation email and forwards emails accordingly.
- Ensures reception area, meeting room and boardroom, etc. are clean
and orderly.
- Provides administrative support for various projects, as required.
- Ability to type, edit, proofread and/or format a wide variety of
documents including minutes of internal meetings, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
