Position Overview:
We are looking for Exterior Cladding & Architectural Panel Installers with a strong background in the installation of metal cladding systems, Hardie board, soffit, fascia, and downspouts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities:
Install various exterior cladding systems, including aluminum composite panels (ACM), corrugated panels, standing seam panels, and custom sheet metal
Install Hardie board siding (lap siding, panel siding, and trim systems)
Install soffit, fascia, and downspout systems with precision and attention to detail
Perform flashing and waterproofing to ensure the building envelope is properly sealed
Measure, cut, and fit panels, soffit, and trim pieces accurately according to blueprints and specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment safely
Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, lifts, and other access equipment
Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
