Are you passionate about creating safer and more inclusive workplaces? Do you have experience in program management, employer engagement, and workplace education? The Enough Already initiative is seeking a dedicated Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to help implement and manage this important program focused on preventing and addressing sexual harassment in Saskatchewan workplaces.

Program Overview:
The Enough Already program is designed to support workplaces in aligning with best practices for preventing and addressing harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. This initiative provides employers across Saskatchewan with the necessary tools and education to create safer, more inclusive work environments. Through trauma-informed policies, education, and legislative support, the program aims to reduce incidents of sexual harassment while promoting a culture of respect and safety in workplaces.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor'ss degree in Education, Human Resources, Public Policy, Administration, or a related field. Additional training in human resources, workplace harassment prevention, or gender-based violence is an asset. They should have prior experience in workplace education, policy implementation, or human resources, along with a solid understanding of workplace harassment laws and trauma-informed practices. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis. The candidate should be adaptable, with a commitment to promoting inclusive workplaces and a deep understanding of gender-based violence and the challenges faced by marginalized communities.

Working Location & Hours:
This position is office-based, with travel required across Saskatchewan to engage with employers and facilitate events. Full-time hours with occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary for outreach and training activities.
