Job Title: Asphalt Crack Sealing Labourer
Location: Saskatchewan (Travel Required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a safety conscious, reliable and hardworking individual to join our road maintenance team as an Asphalt Crack Sealing Labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing crack sealing on asphalt roads using hot pour rubber. This position requires travel throughout Saskatchewan, with the possibility of being away from home for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment to clean and prepare cracks in asphalt surfaces.
Apply hot pour rubber sealant to repair cracks efficiently and safely.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
Work safely and effectively in a team environment and assist with other road safety duties when required.
Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 drivers license (required).
Ability to travel throughout Saskatchewan and be away from home for extended periods.
Previous experience in asphalt crack sealing or road maintenance is an asset but not required (training will be provided).
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work safely and efficiently.
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
