We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Industry knowledge / experience is an asset, but not necessary.

What youll do:
-Provide Exceptional Customer Service: you will interact with
customers both in person and over the phone, answering
questions, assistance with product selection and
troubleshooting.
-Must be able to lift 22.5 KGS
-Maintain a Positive Environment: Work collaboratively with
your teammates to meet customer demands while fostering a
welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all.
-Keep learning and growing: Take advantage of ongoing training
opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge about our
products and services.

Attention to Detail
Previous Customer Service Experience
Computer / Pos system proficiency
