Next Level Construction & Fencing is a Moose Jaw-based company focused on high-quality residential construction. We specialize in decks, fences, concrete flatwork and formwork, siding, and full home framingincluding foundations, floor beams, stairs, and back framing.

Were currently looking to expand our team with reliable, skilled individuals who take pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Build decks, fences, formwork, and structural framing

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, wood substitutes, and light steel

Prepare layouts using measuring tools in line with building codes

Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

Able to lift 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift

Completion of high school

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
