Next Level Fences is a growing fence installation company based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. We specialize in wood, vinyl, and ornamental fencing, and were looking for a motivated Fence Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Install wood, vinyl, and ornamental fences according to specifications

Measure and mark property lines accurately

Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools

Set fence posts properly and ensure they are plumb and secure.

Install panels, rails, and gates

Maintain a clean and organized work site

Communicate with customers and crew members professionally.

Requirements:

Experience in fence installation or a similar trade is preferred, but training is available.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to lift 50 lbs consistently

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Positive attitude, good communication, and a strong work ethic

Able to work independently and as part of a team
