Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in Psychiatry.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Other Information
- NOTE: This position is located primarily in the Clozapine Clinic
It will be desirable if you possess knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques involved in performing nursing services relating to the care of patients in a psychiatric unit. This knowledge is commonly obtained through previous experience in acute psychiatric nursing.
