Description

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to help customers understand the products being offered by a company. They answer inquiries by phone or e-mail. Also handles, concerns, complaints, or other issues. Their job is to help ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Service also help promote continued customer interest in the companys products or services.

Responsibilities and Duties

    First line contact for ViviGro clients, aiding with pricing, orders, delivery details and all general inquiries.
    Co-ordinate sales orders from sales team and direct customer requests through internal systems
    Issuing Sales Orders and required follow up with clients
    Issue invoices, product returns, and credit memos
    Collaborates with the team and provides administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
    Maintains departmental filing and spreadsheets; assists with document management and record retention within the department.
    Assists with various department matters, A/R documentation, quality assurance, invoices etc.
    Using relationship management software to create client records and to manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions.
    Collect and consolidate sales and call reports
    Assist Logistic Manager to schedule and book outbound freight
    Coordinate with Plant to prioritize orders and shipments.
