The Office Administrator Position
The Office Administrator is an important part of ProSoils customer service team. The Office Administrator is required to pleasantly greet and engage customers on the phone and in-person, assist with the administration of customer accounts including invoicing, loadouts, statements, and posting payments. This position requires the ability to work effectively on projects and provide administrative support to ProSoils Lipton location team. In addition, the Office Administrator will support the operations of the location sales and operations teams by assisting with scheduling, managing office supplies, organizing customer events as required, managing timesheets, filing, managing bank deposits, assisting with product inventory management, and helping to document and ensure compliance with safety policies and protocols.
