Wells Construction Inc. is looking for a full-time Carpenter/Site Supervisor.
First things first, you need to be passionate about carpentry and have a love for construction.
Secondly, you have a proven history of working your trade directly in retail/commercial construction.

Primary duties:
Carpentry/ Site Supervisor/ Doors & Hardware
Experience in the construction industry is an asset, but your required skills and abilities include:
- Industry safety knowledge
- Dependable and ready to show up for each shift on time and ready to work
- Organized and detail-oriented; accurate
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Takes initiative/ can work independently
