Summer Student Employment:

The Village of Abernethy is seeking a summer student for a minimum of 35 hours per week for approximately 8 weeks to assist our maintenance man. (Approximately July 2, 2025 to August 29th, 2025)

The student must be returning to school in the fall.  The position is for assistance with grass cutting, general maintenance, and other public works duties.

Experience with lawn mowers and small tractors is an asset.

Class 5 Drivers License is an asset.

Required skills include reading, oral communication, working with others, and problem solving.
