Description

Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan (SASS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Administration and Human Resources to lead and manage all HR and administrative operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for advancing human resources strategy, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and supporting our mission to assist individuals impacted by gender-based violence (GBV). The Director will work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement HR policies, drive talent development, ensure legislative compliance, and align people practices with the organizations long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPHR designation is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in HR leadership and administration, preferably in the non-profit sector. A strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR strategy, workforce planning, and compliance practices is essential. Familiarity with the gender-based violence (GBV) sector is also considered an asset.

The role requires exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Google Workspace tools. A deep commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and the advancement of equity, diversity, and inclusion is essential.
