We are hiring two (2) Rental Home Specialists for our Regina portfolio. Working collaboratively with the existing team, the successful applicants will be professional, highly organized, self-motivated, self-reliant, trustworthy, and customer service-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced, progressive career. They will also enjoy working with people in a team environment and leading with excellence. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Rental Home Specialists, you will be responsible for showing available suites, qualifying prospective clients, and successfully negotiating leases to achieve optimal value for Avana while ensuring client satisfaction throughout every step of the customer journey.

These positions will work either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of property leasing or sales experience, be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship), and must have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
