Qualifications
Engineering or Science degree in a field related to mineral exploration, mineral processing or
mining
2-5 years of project management experience
Professional designation is preferred such as Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Professional
Geoscientist (P. Geo), Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Geoscientist-in-Training (GIT)

Accountabilities
Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms and other quality
documents
Ensure legally required documents are maintained, up to date and accurate
Review client requirements prior to each project and maintain effective communication with
clients and stakeholders
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of client project including providing weekly process
updates and coordinating staff by directing workflow
Oversee compliance to safety policies and procedures, regulations and laws for personnel,
equipment and accommodation
Provide input on training and changes to safety policies, procedures and documentation
Participate in business development activities that include providing insight about SRC and the
business unit
